Spreadsheet-ready transaction data

The CSV includes account metadata, signed amount, debit, credit, payee, memo, reference, server transaction ID, check number, FITID and correction details. High-precision amounts, negative zero and identifiers are kept as text so spreadsheet apps do not reinterpret them.
