Important: We provide tools for data extraction, not financial advice or accounting services.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must only upload files that you have the legal right to process.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Reverse engineer the AI models

Automate access (scraping) without API keys

Resell the Service without authorization

Upload malicious or infected files

5. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, and materials provided through the Service are the exclusive property of AI Bank Statement Converter. Your uploaded documents and converted data remain your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR FINANCIAL DISCREPANCIES.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.
